As part of its ongoing commitment to improving the quality of its humanitarian services and supporting early recovery efforts, ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association announces the launch of a public tender aimed at attracting specialized suppliers from within Syria. The tender involves the Supply of diverse marketing materials (food and non-food) to the commercial stores of the beneficiaries, within the framework of the Livelihoods Support and Vocational Empowerment Project in Saraqib and Maarrat al-Numan, in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.

The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer / financial envelope containing the financial offer only / (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (the both envelopes should be titled whether it is technical offer or financial offer) / the offer that does not contain two envelopes is considered rejected.
The bidding supplier must verify the following information:
- Safety of closure the envelope tightly.
- The presence of seal and signature of the supplier on the place of closure of the envelope.
- The address and telephone number of the supplier in detail.
- Write the # of the tender on the envelope clearly
- The both envelopes should be titled it is technical offer or financial offer.
- Closure of the envelope with adhesive (glue / ….).
