JOB SUMMARY:
A Field Warehouse Assistant supporting the receipt, storage, and loading of materials, ensuring proper arrangement and safety, while adhering to safety and cleanliness procedures and assisting with daily maintenance and organization of the warehouse.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing materials for delivery according to delivery orders and supervising the loading process.
- Directly monitoring the loading and unloading activities of workers during execution.
- Following up on the receipt of materials and ensuring proper arrangement to prevent damage or breakage.
- Ensuring the readiness of safety and security equipment in the warehouse.
- Conducting daily inspections of the warehouse (lighting, humidity, CCTV, damage).
- Ensuring proper ventilation for goods that require it.
- Verifying the functionality of all safety and protection tools.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and ensuring easy access to goods.
- Ensuring optimal use of available storage space.
- Preparing vacant areas in the warehouse to receive incoming materials.
- Following up on routine maintenance operations in the warehouse.
- Supervising regular cleaning of the warehouse and providing pest and rodent control materials, and distributing them accordingly.
- Monitoring stock levels, checking expiration dates, and ensuring the safety of stored materials.
- Attending regular meetings with the direct supervisor and relevant team members to discuss updates.
- Performing basic administrative tasks in collaboration with the HR department, such as developing and updating job descriptions, supporting performance evaluation processes, capacity-building plans, attendance tracking, department-level recruitment, and supporting HR decisions while encouraging team compliance.
