JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for developing and implementing visual designs and managing the organization’s visual identity by producing creative materials for humanitarian projects and campaigns, designing print and digital media, contributing to video production, and enhancing the overall quality of visual outputs.
Qualifications and education requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Effective communication skills
- Good knowledge of visual identity principles and corporate design standards
- Strong creativity and ability to translate humanitarian messages into impactful visual
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- developing and implementing visual designs for humanitarian campaigns and projects
- preparing official templates for media materials (posts, reports, presentations, newsletters)
- managing and ensuring adherence to the organization’s visual identity across all teams
- updating and enhancing design guidelines and templates according to project requirements
- designing print materials such as banners, project boards, ID cards, and brochures
- contributing to the production and editing of promotional, documentary, and artistic videos related to projects
- participating in generating creative ideas and transforming them into impactful visual products
- providing technical support to photographers and field teams on visual-related aspects
- assisting with field photography operations when needed
- proposing new ideas to improve visual outputs and enhance media impac
- Performing basic administrative tasks in collaboration with the HR department, such as developing and updating job descriptions, supporting performance evaluation processes, capacity-building plans, attendance tracking, department-level recruitment, and supporting HR decisions while encouraging team compliance.
