About ATAA:

ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association is pleased to invite the service providers recommended to ATAA and who have experience in working with humanitarian organizations to participate in the tender for contracting with a service provider for providing transportation service (5 vans)

Application Deadline: 28/7/2022, at 4.00 pm.
Location of Receiving Offers: Hezre office, Ataa Association, Deir Hassan Street, to the west of Hezre graveyard
- The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical/documents envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer / financial envelope containing the financial offer only / (The envelopes are placed within one envelope is identified) / the offer that does not contain two envelopes is considered rejected.
The bidding supplier must verify the following information:
- Closure of the envelope with adhesive (red wax /glue / ….). Safety of closure the envelope tightly.
- The presence of seal and signature of the supplier on the place of closure of the envelope.
Name, address and telephone number of the supplier or the company should be written in detail.
- Write the name of the tender with the name of the project on the envelope clearly / No.PR
The offer that does not meet these conditions will be considered rejected.
