As part of its ongoing commitment to improving the quality of its humanitarian services and supporting early recovery efforts, ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association announces the launch of a public tender aimed at attracting specialized suppliers from within Syria. The tender involves the provision and supply of craft equipment and materials for beneficiaries under the Livelihood and Vocational Empowerment Project, in the areas of Saraqib and Maarrat al-Numan, in accordance with the terms and technical specifications outlined in the tender documents.

The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer / financial envelope containing the financial offer only / (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (the both envelopes should be titled whether it is technical offer or financial offer) / the offer that does not contain two envelopes is considered rejected.
The bidding supplier must verify the following information:
- Safety of closure the envelope tightly.
- The presence of seal and signature of the supplier on the place of closure of the envelope.
- The address and telephone number of the supplier in detail.
- Write the # of the tender on the envelope clearly
- The both envelopes should be titled it is technical offer or financial offer.
- Closure of the envelope with adhesive (glue / ….).
