“I love school so much but I can’t go.. but I want to become a doctor and treat those who are the same like me.”
With these words, the seven-year-old child Osama summarizes his feeling of loss and pain, challenging this with work and hope. From his patience and determination to succeed in his life, he composes stories that tell us the most beautiful lessons.
These are the people with special needs, people of determination who face every day challenges that make them heroes more than they need special care, especially in a country suffering from poverty and neglect, and displacement exacerbates matters and makes them more vulnerable to marginalization and betrayal, in addition to weak health care, education, malnutrition and the difficulty of their participation in the labor market.
However, the child Osama insisted on moving forward in his life and continuing his education. Ataa cadres for humanitarian relief were the gateway to hope and the window to the dream for people of determination who would like to continue their education, and to be among the outstanding people, through its educational project “Mobile Teacher”, which meets their call and aspirations.
Teachers move between homes and in the camps, to reach the students who cannot go to school. The teacher works to assess the child’s scientific level and then sets a plan to follow up his teaching, through periodic visits, social media, daily follow-up of children and weekly assignments.
Today, the child Osama is studying at home, struggling to achieve his dream of becoming a doctor, treating and caring for people of determination. He writes his homeworks, has fun and plays with his peers in his spare time, and has a feeling full of hope, and a determination to achieve a promising future for a present full of work.
