About ATAA:
A non-profit humanitarian organization registered in Turkey. It was established in early 2013 to provide humanitarian relief to the needy and afflicted.

As part of ATAA Humanitarian Relief’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of medical services and expanding the healthcare field in northern Syria, we intend to launch a tender to attract specialized suppliers in the same area.
This tender is open for submitting a quote in sealed envelopes to supply high-quality medicines and medical and laboratory consumables by the required specifications and conditions.
This initiative comes with the generous support of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, which provided generous aid to support the costs of this vital project.
We aim to establish solid foundations for strategic partnerships that ensure the provision and continuity of the necessary medical resources to medical centers in northern Syria as part of our continuing efforts to enhance access to comprehensive and quality health care.

The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer / financial envelope containing the financial offer only / (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (the both envelopes should be titled whether it is technical offer or financial offer) / the offer that does not contain two envelopes is considered rejected.
The bidding supplier must verify the following information:
- Safety of closure the envelope tightly.
- The presence of seal and signature of the supplier on the place of closure of the envelope.
- The address and telephone number of the supplier in detail.
- Write the # of the tender on the envelope clearly
- The both envelopes should be titled it is technical offer or financial offer.
- Closure of the envelope with adhesive (glue / ….).
