ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association responded to requests received from residents of Bab Al-Hawa Hospital to provide them with healthy meals, after they were placed in mandatory quarantine due to the discovery of cases of Corona virus with some hospital staff.
The association began providing the hospital with meals three times a day for the next 14 days, to be distributed to the hospital’s staff, patients and residents staying there.
It was mentioned that the healthcare workers in Bab Al-Hawa Hospital had discovered the first infection with Corona virus in the northern Syrian regions with a doctor working in the hospital, who recently came from the Turkish state of Gaziantep.
They worked on establishing a complete quarantine on all those who were in the hospital to examine them and make sure they were free of the virus in order to limit the virus spread in the local community.
