ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association invites qualified contractors and service providers to participate in this tender by submitting their bids in sealed envelopes for the rehabilitation and construction of a feed mill facility with a production capacity of 2.5 tons per hour for ruminant and poultry feed. The facility is located at the Durina Warehouses in Aleppo Governorate. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the technical specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the attached tender documents.
The bidder submitting the tender must verify the following information:
– The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer / financial envelope containing the financial offer only / (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is a technical offer or financial offer)
– The safety of closing the envelope tightly.
– The supplier’s seal and signature are present at the place where the envelope was closed.
– Provide the address and phone number of the supplier in detail.
– Write clearly the tender number on the envelope.
– Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue / ….).
