JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise the implementation of project activities and monitor field, logistical, and administrative operations, ensuring work progresses according to approved plans through coordination with teams and relevant departments, monitoring reports and resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications and education requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or an equivalent field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on weekly and monthly reports and project documentation.
- Supervise the daily distribution process and receive reports from field teams.
- Oversee the movement of field vehicles and ensure their use according to distribution plans.
- Communicate and coordinate daily with the external monitoring officer and provide updates on distribution activities.
- Coordinate with the Protection Department and Monitoring & Evaluation Department and arrange joint field visits.
- Coordinate with the technical services company.
- Conduct regular meetings with team leaders to review field challenges and discuss the best solutions.
- Manage petty cash expenses and supervise project and logistics tenders.
- Coordinate with internal monitoring and evaluation teams regarding logistics arrangements and responses to complaints.
- Conduct regular visits to distribution points and shops to monitor workflow.
- Supervise monthly reports (distribution, logistics, and financial reports).
- Conduct interviews for project candidates and participate in the recruitment process.
- Sign commencement forms and contracts and oversee human resources procedures within the project.
- Prepare the monthly plan and submit it regularly to the direct manager.
- Monitor staff attendance and leave schedules and supervise compliance.
- Attend regular meetings with the direct manager, subordinates, and relevant colleagues to discuss the latest updates.
- Attend external meetings assigned by the direct manager and share meeting reports and challenges.
- Comply with all organizational policies and regulations, including the Child Protection Policy, Anti-Discrimination, Abuse and Harassment Policy, Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy, and Anti-Fraud Policy.
- Coordinate daily with project managers in project areas and provide support.
