JOB SUMMARY:
Support the engineering team in preparing engineering studies and detailed drawings, and follow up on the implementation of engineering works in accordance with technical specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to preparing preliminary engineering studies and detailed drawings required for the implementation of engineering works under the supervision of the Field Engineer.
- Support the Field Engineer in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and technical specifications related to project activities.
- Assist in reviewing technical offers submitted in engineering tenders and contribute to preparing initial technical notes or summaries.
- Contribute to preparing and following up on the implementation work plan for engineering activities in coordination with the Field Engineer and Project Manager.
- Participate in field follow-up of implemented engineering works and support monitoring the quality of materials and compliance with approved technical specifications.
- Assist in preparing or updating engineering drawings and required execution details when needed.
- Collect and document field information and updates and report them to the Field Engineer to support the preparation of periodic reports related to project activities.
- Contribute to organizing and updating the Measurement Book (hard and soft copy) related to the calculation of executed quantities in the project.
- Assist in organizing and archiving handover and completion documents related to implemented works and submit them to the Field Engineer or Project Manager as required.
- Adhere to humanitarian principles and protection standards, and coordinate with the project team to ensure these principles are applied during field activity implementation.
