JOB SUMMARY:
Field HR Officer with experience in monitoring operational reports, handling personnel and recruitment tasks, and updating employee records in coordination with the main team, with a strong commitment to reporting and active participation in regular.
Qualifications and education requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or an equivalent field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to distribution, logistics, and finance.
- Introducing new employees to company policies and procedures regarding work conditions, schedules, rights, and responsibilities.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinating with the HR officer in Turkey to handle personnel-related tasks, including attendance sheets, contracts, salary advances, employee files, leave management, bonuses, resignations, clearances, and responding to inquiries.
- Organizing and conducting recruitment processes, including interviews, technical tests, job offers, rejection letters, security checks, shortlisting, onboarding, and related activities.
- Supporting performance evaluation and training processes by organizing evaluation sessions and following up on approved training plans in coordination with the HR officer in Turkey.
- Participating in assigned committees such as interview panels and internal investigations.
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports as required.
- Attending regular meetings with the line manager, subordinates, and relevant colleagues to discuss ongoing updates.
- Performing core administrative tasks within the HR department, including job description development and updates, performance evaluations, capacity-building plans, attendance tracking, recruitment processes within the department, and supporting HR decisions regarding staff, while motivating the team to adhere to them.
