Qualifications and education requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, or a university degree in the program specialty.
- It is also preferable to have a project management certificate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contributing and cooperating in the successful management and supervision of assigned projects to achieve effective and responsible management of the program.
- Contributing to the preparation and development of projects plans (detailed implementation plan, procurement plan, human resources plan, spending plan, etc.).
- Ensure effective program/projects implementation that achieves and fulfills contractual obligations including all partner/donor policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Ensuring that the projects assigned within the program and their implementation are in line with the needs of the community and the beneficiary.
- Ensure the implementation of projects assigned within the program with appropriate quality based on relevant standards such as Sphere, CHS, CaLP…etc.
- Assisting in managing project budgets, understanding and dealing with financial reports.
- Manage the team effectively and distribute tasks fairly and clearly in cooperation with the program coordinator/director.
- Ensure proper documentation and compilation of program/project data in collaboration with the Program Coordinator/Director.
- Maintain appropriate communication with the partner and the donor or benefactor in coordination with supervisors and managers within the program management and partnerships department.
- Exchange information with donors, core and sub-sector groups, other NGOs and Coordination Structures.
- Ensure risks are appropriately managed, including financial, safety, security, programmatic and reputational risks.
- Ensure that all internal and external narrative and program reports (weekly, monthly, interim and final) are submitted within agreed time frames to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on project activities (procurement, payments, technical meetings, human resources, partner meetings, implementation activities).
- Capacity Building of the relevant project teams regarding the technical and administrative aspects according to the assessment of training needs.
- Implementing a periodic evaluation of the relevant project team according to the approved models.
- Represent the program and the association in relevant internal and external meetings in coordination with the program management.
- Attend training required by the program director.
- Contribute to building the technical and administrative capabilities of the field program team in coordination with the program director.
- Performing field tasks required by the position.
- Travel to follow up on requirements and attend meetings upon request.
- Attending periodic meetings with the direct manager, subordinates and relevant colleagues to discuss and talk about the latest updates.
