ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association delivered 25,000 masks to the Ministry of Education in the interim government, to be distributed to students during their final exams, to limit the spread of Corona virus in the northern Syrian regions.
Mr. Wael Dada, director of the Association’s branch in the province of Gaziantep, said that providing the masks came within the Association’s concern about the situation of students in northern Syria from the point of social responsibility of civil society organizations.
He also noted that the association seeks to support the community in all forms, in light of the start of the emergence of Corona virus.
The delivery meeting at the Bab Al-Salama border crossing was attended by the Minister of Education Huda Al-Absi and the Ministry’s coordinator, Mr. Mahmoud Hassan, who praised the initiative of ATAA Association and their contribution.
He indicated that the masks will be distributed to students who are taking some official certification exams, and he presented his thanks and appreciation for the efforts of ATAA Association In the region.
