Ataa Experience:

Campaign Objectives:

Who we will help:

Ten years of striving for the needy made us one of the largest associations working for Syrians, as we provided more than 100 million humanitarian services to those affected in Syria and Turkey through the implementation of more than 750 projects in various relief and service sectors.

Since the establishment of Ataa Association in 2013 in order to respond to the Syrian humanitarian crisis, the association has adopted the principles of humanitarian work through its specialized and trained team in order to provide humanitarian services with dignity and kindness.

  • Providing winter supplies for displaced and refugee families who are unable to meet their needs.
  • Preserving the dignity of families and preventing them from asking for help or having to beg.
  • Contributing to making the tents of the displaced warmer in winter.
  • Reminding of the suffering of the Syrians that has continued for ten years.
  •
  • Displaced people living in camps in northern Syria.
  • Families without a breadwinner, such as widows and orphans.
  • Families with members with special needs.
  • Newly displaced people living in uninhabited areas.
  • Previously displaced people living in shared public buildings.
  •

Ataa teams address the needs of the displaced in the camps

Ataa Relief launched its Winter 2024-2025 Campaign with the aim of providing winter essentials for displaced families, standing by them to make their tents warmer. The ultimate goal of the campaign is to remind the world of the ongoing hardships faced by Syrians displaced by war across various parts of the globe.

In previous winter campaigns, Ataa has worked to assess and address the full range of needs, providing tents, insulation materials worn down by years of displacement, heaters, and fuel, as well as winter clothing for children, blankets, and mattresses.

During the 2023-2024 Warmth of Giving campaign, Ataa teams successfully reached

More than 80,000 beneficiaries among residents of northern Syria.

Staff from Ataa’s offices in southern Turkey, Tell Abyad, Jarabulus, Al-Bab, Azaz, Atma, rural Aleppo, Sarmadah, and the coastal region worked tirelessly among the displaced communities, dedicating days and nights to identify the specific winter needs of families, helping to shield their young children from the harsh winter cold they cannot withstand.
