ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association invites qualified service providers to participate in this tender by submitting their bids in sealed envelopes for the provision of rental and transportation services using two (2) vehicles within the Syrian Arab Republic. The service is intended to transport project staff between Hama Governorate and the targeted project implementation sites in rural Hama, in accordance with the technical specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in the attached tender documents.<\/p>

The bidder submitting the tender must verify the following information:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

– <\/strong>The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is a technical offer or financial offer)<\/p>

– The safety of closing the envelope tightly.<\/span><\/p>

– The supplier’s seal and signature are present at the place where the envelope was closed.<\/span><\/p>

– Provide the address and phone number of the supplier in detail.<\/span><\/p>

– Write clearly the tender number on the envelope.<\/span><\/p>

– Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue \/ ….).<\/span><\/p>
