ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association invites<\/strong> service providers with experience working with humanitarian organizations to submit sealed quotations for the purpose of establishing a Framework Agreement<\/strong> with service provider for the provision of\u00a0 <\/strong>E-Distribution voucher System according to required specs and terms, and with the logistical capacity to cover all Syrian governorates.<\/strong><\/p>

The Bidder submitting the tender must verify the following information:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

– <\/strong>The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is technical offer or financial offer)<\/p>

– The safety of closing the envelope tightly.<\/span><\/p>

– The presence of the supplier’s seal and signature on the place where the envelope was closed.<\/span><\/p>

– Address and phone number of the supplier in detail.<\/span><\/p>

Write clearly the tender number on the envelope and the purchase order number.<\/span><\/p>

– Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue \/ ….).<\/span><\/p>

You can obtain the tender documents by writing to us via the official email and writing the tender code <\/u>in the address and sharing the company information (company representative – company name – phone number<\/u>) and missing these details will not be answered on the email.<\/p>
