Invitation to BID (Framework Agreement)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

Tender #:<\/strong> TG<\/strong>–<\/strong>(ATAA-FWA-FS-26)-T001<\/strong><\/p>

ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association invites<\/strong> service providers with experience working with humanitarian organizations to submit sealed quotations for the purpose of establishing a Framework Agreement<\/strong> with one or more suppliers for the provision of food and RTE baskets<\/strong>, in accordance with the approved technical specifications, and with the logistical capacity to cover all Syrian governorates.<\/strong><\/p>

The supplier submitting the tender must verify the following information:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

– <\/strong>The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is technical offer or financial offer)<\/p>

– The safety of closing the envelope tightly.<\/span><\/p>

– The presence of the supplier’s seal and signature on the place where the envelope was closed.<\/span><\/p>

– Address and phone number of the supplier in detail.<\/span><\/p>

Write clearly the tender number on the envelope and the purchase order number.<\/span><\/p>

– Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue \/ ….).<\/span><\/p>
