ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association invites service providers who have experience working with humanitarian organizations to participate in this tender by submitting quotations in sealed envelopes for the Provision of a staff transportation service (4 vans for 6 months) according to the required terms and specifications within targeted project areas in Aleppo and its Rural (AZAZ)<\/p>

The starting point:<\/u><\/strong> from ATAA\u2019 office in AZAZ to Azaz Camps and Aleppo city.<\/p>

The bidder submitting the tender must verify the following information:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

– <\/strong>The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is a technical offer or financial offer)<\/p>

– The safety of closing the envelope tightly.<\/span><\/p>

– The supplier’s seal and signature are present at the place where the envelope was closed.<\/span><\/p>

– Provide the address and phone number of the supplier in detail.<\/span><\/p>

– Write clearly the tender number on the envelope.<\/span><\/p>

– Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue \/ ….).<\/span><\/p>
