ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association <\/strong>invites service providers to submit quotations in the sealed envelope ( for frame work agreement) \u00a0in order to Contracting with a supplier to equip a kindergarten with its supplies<\/strong><\/p>

in the Saraqib area<\/p>

The supplier submitting the tender must verify the following information:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

– <\/strong>The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is a technical offer or financial offer)<\/p>

– The safety of closing the envelope tightly.<\/span><\/p>

– The supplier’s seal and signature are present at the place where the envelope was closed.<\/span><\/p>

– Provide the address and phone number of the supplier in detail.<\/span><\/p>

-Write clearly the tender number and purchase order number on the envelope.<\/span><\/p>

– Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue \/ ….).<\/span><\/p>
