ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association invites service providers who have experience working with humanitarian organizations to submit quotations in the sealed envelope for <\/span>Contracting with one supplier or more for <\/span>providing Maintenances Tools and Materials<\/span> according to the required specs and terms<\/span> in Kfr Daryan and Kfr Lusin in Rural of Idleb<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The supplier submitting the tender must verify the following information<\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span><\/b>The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is technical offer or financial offer)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span>The safety of closing the envelope tightly<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span>The presence of the supplier’s seal and signature on the place where the envelope was closed<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span>Address and phone number of the supplier in detail<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Write clearly the tender number on the envelope and the purchase order number<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
