ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association is pleased to invite the service providers recommended to ATAA and<\/span> who have experience in working with humanitarian organizations to participate in the tender for contracting with a service provider for<\/span> providing transportation service<\/span> (<\/span>5 vans)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Application Deadline<\/span><\/b>: <\/span>28<\/span>\/<\/span>7\/2022, at 4.00 pm<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Location of Receiving Offers:<\/span><\/b> Hezre office, Ataa Association, Deir Hassan Street<\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/b>to the west of Hezre graveyard<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  1. The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical<\/span>\/<\/span>documents envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope is identified) \/ the offer that does not contain two envelopes is considered rejected.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    The bidding supplier must verify the following<\/span><\/b> information<\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    • Closure of the envelope with adhesive (red wax \/glue \/ ….).<\/span> Safety of closure the envelope tightly.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • The presence of seal and signature of the supplier on the place of closure of the envelope.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
