ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association <\/span><\/b>invites service providers who have experience working with humanitarian organizations to submit quotations in a sealed envelope to<\/span> Contract with a Hawala Agent for one year from the beginning date of signing the contract for cash delivery services “in USD or TRY” in addition to providing services for payment of obligations on ATAA to employees, teachers<\/span> and beneficiaries in US dollars or TRY according to required terms in all ATAA’ Offices in (Sarmada -Atmeh<\/span> \u2013 <\/span>Hizri \u2013 Jisr Alshoughour \u2013 Azaz \u2013 Albab \u2013 Jarablus) in Rural of Aleppo and Rural of Idleb<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The supplier submitting the tender must verify the following information<\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span><\/b>The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is a technical offer or financial offer)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span>The safety of closing the envelope tightly<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span>The supplier’s seal and signature are present at the place where the envelope was closed<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span>Provide the address and phone number of the supplier in detail<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span>Write clearly the tender number on the envelope<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

– <\/span>Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue \/ ….)<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
