ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association invites service providers who have experience working with humanitarian organizations to participate in this tender by submitting quotations in sealed envelopes for the services of supplying potable water through tankers, and collecting garbage from schools and transporting it according to the required terms and specifications in Rural Aleppo and Idleb.<\/p>

The supplier submitting the tender must verify the following information:<\/p>

– The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is a technical offer or financial offer)<\/p>

– The safety of closing the envelope tightly.<\/p>

– The supplier’s seal and signature are present at the place where the envelope was closed.<\/p>

– Provide the address and phone number of the supplier in detail.<\/p>

-Write clearly the tender number and purchase order number on the envelope.<\/p>

– Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue \/ ….).<\/p>
