Umm Hussein works in making cheese and yogurt on a daily basis, which is the profession she inherited from her fathers and grandfathers. She depends on selling milk, yogurt, cheese, and ghee as a source of livelihood for her and her children.<\/span><br \/><br \/><span>Umm Hussein has only a few \u201cgoats\u201d left after she owned many of them before they were displaced from the Aleppo countryside. She gives them special and good care. Healthy animals produce good milk, rich in important nutritional elements.
