ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association <\/strong>invites service providers to submit quotations in sealed envelopes to provide refreshments according to the required terms and specifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The supplier submitting the tender must verify the following information:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– <\/strong>The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer \/ and a financial envelope containing the financial offer only \/ (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is a technical offer or financial offer)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The safety of closing the envelope tightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The presence of the supplier’s seal and signature on the place where the envelope was closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Address and phone number of the supplier in detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Write clearly the tender number on the envelope and the purchase order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue \/ ….).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Conduct samples for required materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n
